Manischewitz
Rabbi Dov Behr Manischewitz immigrated to Cincinnati and founded a small matzo bakery in 1888. An innovator, Manischewitz changed the traditionally round matzo product and made it square, known as “Cincinnati matzo” This company moved to New Jersey in 1932 and continues to produce and market kosher food and wine worldwide today.
